MEET THE FACULTY & GUEST ARTISTS

An-Lin
Bardin • Cello
Cellist An-Lin Bardin completed her undergraduate degree
in Geology and Geophysics at Yale University. She then
went on to pursue her Masters Degree at the Yale School
of Music as a student of Aldo Parisot, where she was
a member of the Yale Cellos. Born and raised near Palo
Alto, California, An-Lin began studying the cello under
the mentorship of Irene Sharp at the San Francisco Conservatory.
She appeared multiple times as a soloist with the Palo
Alto Chamber Orchestra and the San Francisco Chamber
Players, and was an award winner from the National Foundation
for Advancement in the Arts. |
Currently active as a recitalist in the New
York and Connecticut areas, she has performed as a chamber
musician throughout the US, and in Italy, France, and Australia.
An-Lin has played in masterclasses for Yo-Yo Ma and Ralph
Kirschbaum, Wendy Warner, David Finckel and Wu Han, and
Shauna Rolston. |
