Denise Djokic • Cello (Weeks 4, 5 & 6) Cellist Denise Djokic has earned world-wide praise for her sincere, powerful interpretations and her bold command of the instrument. She performs regularly as a soloist and chamber musician throughout the Americas and Europe, and is looking forward to making her Carnegie Hall debut this season with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. She was a featured performer at the 2002 Grammy Awards, and her recordings have won great acclaim.

Her latest recording of the Britten Solo Suites was declared "easily able to stand along the great recordings of Rostropovich and Wispelwey" by AllMusic.com. Denise is excited to be the newest member of the Boston Trio.
