Each of the trio’s members is a distinguished soloist and chamber musician, appearing with major orchestras and performing at leading chamber music festivals throughout the United States and Europe. Cellist Denise Djokic is one of Canada’s most celebrated musicians, violinist Irina Muresanu is a top prizewinner in the Queen Elizabeth International Violin Competition; and trio founder Heng-Jin Park launched her solo career with the Boston Pops at the age of 15.

Highlights of the Boston Trio’s 2010-2011 season include the ensemble’s debut at the Sanibel Chamber Music Festival in Florida, its sixth appearance at the Rockport Chamber Music Festival, and a critically-acclaimed recital at Carnegie Hall's Weill Hall. The trio performs annually at Boston’s Jordan Hall and as soloist in Beethoven’s Triple Concerto.

Committed to bringing chamber music to broader audiences and aspiring young musicians, the Boston Trio has coached chamber music at the Tanglewood, served as Ensemble-in-Residence at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and is currently Ensemble-in-Residence at the New England Conservatory and the Killington Music Festival.
