Is the atmosphere very competitive?
We are pleased that we are able to maintain an atmosphere that is warm and supportive while still encouraging everyone to reach their highest potential.

Can I request that my friend be my roommate?

Yes.

Is alcohol allowed on campus?
No.


Will I have internet access/TV/phone?
All rooms have telephones and Wi-Fi is available in most areas as well as internet access at the local library. We recommend that you bring your cellular phone if you have one.

Can my family or friends visit?
Yes, but they will not be able to stay in your room. Hotel accommodations nearby are available. For more information, please contact the Killington Chamber of Commerce or the Killington Music Festival office.

What is the age range of Killington Music Festival participants?
While there is no set upper or lower age limit, most Killington Music Festival Resident Artists are between 14-23.

Is financial aid available?
Yes. Financial assistance is available, but it is limited. Please send in the financial aid application by the March 1st, 2010 deadline.

How do I apply for financial aid?
Applications need to be received by March 1, 2010. They can be downloaded from the website. Complete application and send it to the Killington Music Festival P. O. Box 386, Rutland, VT 05702.

Can I have extra lessons with one or more faculty members?
Yes. For more information, contact the Killington Music Festival office.
