Jeremy Russo is passionate educator and versatile performer who has appeared on stages across the United States, notably Carnegie Hall in NYC, Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., the Smith Center in Las Vegas, as well as in Europe and Asia. A native of Las Vegas, he has shared stages as the core string member with world’s all-time favorite pop singers, namely Adele, Andrea Bocelli, and the Eagles.

As an educator, Jeremy specializes in cello choir–bringing students and professionals together on stage presenting a specially-arranged repertoire, whose genres extend from classical to pop music. Working with the youth orchestras and public school orchestra programs, his ensemble work received a spotlight in the Las Vegas Young Artist Orchestra (YAO)’s 2021-22 concert season.

Currently, Jeremy teaches at Houghton University as the Instructor of Cello, while maintaining a full private teaching studio in-person and online across the country. Previously, he served as the interim cello instructor and chamber music coach at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

When Jeremy is not performing and teaching cello, he is a home-chef to his violinist wife, Soo Yeon, and to many others; he founded ENCORE Private Dining and Live Music–a business devoted to providing private chef services paired with a live performance, fulfilling his dream passion for the culinary arts.
